Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder (born Winona Laura Hornowitz) was born in Winona Minnesota. The name of her parents was derived from the town she grew up in. Her father Michel Horowitz, and mother Cynthia Palmer are authors and editors. Ryder's parents have both been Jewish. Ryder believes herself to being Jewish. The actress has a younger brother Uria as well as two half siblings Jubal as well as Sunyata. Ryder's parents moved her and their children to Mendocino County California when Ryder reached seven. In Mendocino County, they did not have electricity. Ryder was a consummate reader and spent her time reading books because there was no TV. Ryder started taking classes in acting at the American Conservatory Theatre in 1983 at the age of 12. Lucas The film from 1986, was her first major role. Ryder was just 15 at the time she was cast. Ryder experienced bullying at her high school. Ryder was hopeful that her work as an actress would help. Unfortunately, that did not occur. Still, she kept chasing the dreams she had. She got her break with Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in the year 1988. Ryder was able to continue playing roles that were successful in various films. In 1993, Ryder was nominated two times for Academy Awards.
