Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1st, 1989) is an American actress. She played Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) in the show Shameless between the years of 2011-2021. Harris Conner Healy is the character she played in Roseanne's 10th series as well as The Conners which was its spin-off. Kenney was born on the streets of New York City on 14 September 1999. Kevin Kenney is a former New York Post sportswriter who now writes for Fox Sports. Her mother, Gillian Kenney, is a criminal attorney. Emma Kenney is born the same location as Emmy Rossum. Kenney (19) is a native of Manhattan and plays Debbie her sassy character on Showtime's Shameless. However, she spent her childhood living in New York's Garden State. Kenney was also famous for her character Darlene Gilbert's (Sara Gilbert), Harris' daughter in the Roseanne revival.
